WARRANTY/RETURNS

If you have a K-EDGE product that you believe should be considered for warranty, please take it back to the retailer you purchased from with your dated receipt – OR – return directly to K-EDGE with a completed WARRANTY RETURN FORM below.

Send your warranty return, with your filled out warranty return form, via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any traceable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss-in-route to K-EDGE. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our warranty department.

1. Contact K-EDGE Customer Service to discuss your warranty and to get a Warranty Return form emailed to you. Customer Service – [email protected] (Hours- M-F, 8-5 MST).

2. You may be asked to email photos and a description of the product warranty issue to [email protected]. If asked to mail the product back to us – mail with Warranty Return Form to:

We guarantee K-EDGE Products to be free of manufacture defects, to the original purchaser, for the product’s lifetime. This warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect installation or over-torque, modification, and crashed products.

All K-EDGE products must be returned to K-EDGE for evaluation prior to warranty decisions being made. Dealers are not authorized to replace K-EDGE products without prior approval or evaluation by K-EDGE. Upon inspection and testing from our engineers to determine the situation, K-EDGE will choose to replace the product, repair the product, credit the account or return the product as is.

SPECIAL NOTES

– K-EDGE Pro Series Combo Mounts are designed to hold GARMIN, WAHOO, SIGMA, and LEZYNE cycling computers as well as Go Pro, Shimano, Garmin VIRB-X sized cameras and standard sized cycling lights (Light & Motion or NiteRider).

– K-EDGE Pro, Race, Sport, MAX, and IHS mounts are designed to support only the following computers: GARMIN, WAHOO, SIGMA, LEZYNE, and the Hammerhead Karoo2. The use of third-party adapters and/or smartphones will not be covered by the lifetime warranty, unless otherwise approved by K-Edge.

 – K-EDGE co-polymer computer inserts are designed to hold the corresponding computers ONLY (Garmin – black, WAHOO/HAMMERHEAD – grey, SIGMA – red), and will breakaway in a crash to protect the computer body. 

– Max Combo mounts are compatible with payloads of 123g on top (computer) and 242g on bottom (accessory), this includes Cycliq Fly12 and other oversized accessories. XL and Pro Combo mounts (1500, 1505, 1600, 1605) are not compatible with the Cycliq Fly12 or other oversized accessories. 

– All IHS mounts must be installed using one of the three-round screw holes AND the elongated mounting slot. Failure to do so will void the lifetime warranty. 

– K-EDGE Race Series and Integrated Handlebar System (IHS) mounts are NOT compatible with the Combo Mount Interface. Installation and use in this manner will void the lifetime warranty. 

– The use of shims on any K-Edge handlebar mount will void the lifetime warranty.

For all warranty inquiries or claims – please contact the dealer from which you purchased the product. You must include your original proof of purchase when initiating your claim with the dealer from which the K-EDGE product was purchased.

All K-EDGE products must be returned to K-EDGE or to the authorized K-EDGE Distributor in the specific country for evaluation prior to warranty decisions being made. Dealers are not authorized to replace K-EDGE products without prior approval or evaluation by K-EDGE. Upon inspection and testing from our engineers to determine the situation, K-EDGE will choose to replace the product, repair the product, credit the account or return the product as is.

Warranty claims will only be accepted if the K-EDGE product has been used for its intended purpose. Any bicycle or component used for an unintended purpose will not be eligible for warranty protection.
